Andrew Edwards

Mr. Edwards is the Principal of Wilrose Capital Consulting Inc., a firm based in Montréal, Canada, providing corporate finance advisory services to clients in both Canada and the United States. 

Prior to forming Wilrose Capital in 2005, he served as Vice-President and Director of BMO Nesbitt Burns, as Senior Vice-President and Director of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and as Senior Vice-President and Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. 

Mr. Edwards has completed assignments for a variety of clients in the airline and airline services industries including Air Canada, Air Canada Technical Services, the Star Alliance, the Calgary Airport Authority, Aeroports de Montreal, Transport Canada and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority.

He also acted as advisor to the lead equity investor in the start-up of Porter Airlines.
